We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven sales leader to manage our team! The primary function of the Sales Manager is to hire, train and effectively manage the Company’s sales team whereby sales are consistently at agreed upon quota.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals for Managed Services. Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target verticals (e.g., healthcare, legal, finance, SMBs). Update and maintain a department pipeline and forecast report on a regular basis Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, events, and partnerships.
- Review commission statements from the Account Executives, approve and submit them to the Finance Department on a timely basis.
- Conduct weekly sales and training meetings with the Sales Team Track sales metrics, pipeline progress, and forecast revenue using CRM Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Adhere to all Company Policies & Procedures including the Employee Handbook and enforce all policies within the Sales Department. Any additional duties, which may be assigned by the President.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology sales , preferably within a Managed Services Provider or IT services company.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and drive team success.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including help desk, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, backup and disaster recovery, and remote monitoring.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
