The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer networking, software development, and project management. As an IT Manager, you will lead a team of IT professionals, manage projects, and implement strategies to enhance our IT capabilities while ensuring the security and reliability of our systems. Responsibilities Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and security systems. Develop and manage IT projects from inception to completion using Agile methodologies. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Ensure data integrity and security by implementing firewalls, DHCP configurations, and other protective measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity. Prepare reports on IT performance metrics for senior management review. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization. Qualifications Proven experience in an IT management role with a focus on systems engineering and infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and practices. Proficiency in software development processes and project management methodologies. Familiarity with Agile frameworks for project execution. Experience with tools such as Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, PMP) are a plus but not mandatory.
