Job descriptionJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced anddedicated Information Technology Manager to oversee our ITdepartment and ensure the effective management of our technologyresources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITproject management, information security, and network support. Thisrole requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projectswhile ensuring the integrity and security of our systems. Thisposition will manage a team of six employees. Proven leadershipability is essential. This position is not eligible for employmentsponsorship.

DutiesLead and manage IT projects from inception tocompletion, ensuring they meet organizational goals anddeadlines.

Develop and implement disaster recovery plans tosafeguard critical data and maintain business continuity.

Overseenetwork support activities, including troubleshooting LAN issuesand ensuring optimal performance.

Ensure information securityprotocols are in place, regularly updated, and adhered to by allstaff.

Manage cloud services, particularly AWS, to optimize resourceutilization and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate withcross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provideeffective solutions.

Maintain documentation for IT processes,policies, and procedures.

Provide training and support to staff onIT systems, including software such as SQL andWord.

QualificationsProven experience in IT management or a similarrole.

Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.

Proficientin IT project management methodologies.

Experience with disasterrecovery planning and execution.

Solid understanding of networksupport principles, particularly LAN configurations.

Familiaritywith SQL databases and Microsoft Word applications.

Stronganalytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complextechnical issues effectively.

Excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written, with the ability to convey technicalinformation clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Relevantcertifications in information technology or project management area plus.
