S/He will work closely with our team to ensure the operations of our systems and infrastructure including updates, unit changes, and technical support. SPHG is an award-winning multi-concept, restaurant group who will stop at nothing to create unforgettable guest experiences. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage and maintain all IT systems and infrastructure for the organization Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain accounts for Office365 Email, Restaurant365, NCR Pulse, and Connected Payments Implement, train and document new systems as required Act as the administrator of all network systems Manage audio, video and wiring services for the organization Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems What We Require of You Must have 3+ years of IT experience. Must be experienced in and or familiar with camera systems. Must have the ability to work in an environment without daily direct supervision and the ability to multi-task. Must have excellent communication skills.
