IT Asset Manager 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Atlanta, GA 30328 • Hybrid work IT Asset Manager (Atlanta or Irvine, Full-time Hybrid) Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Applications Manager to join our team. In this essential role, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our services, providing crucial support to our department in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities Strategic System Development:

Design and implement ITAM systems that facilitate workload management and provide real-time analytics on team performance. Integrate asset management tools with existing IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms to enhance data accuracy and accessibility. Oversee the processes related to IT equipment for new hires, including preparation and deployment. Manage the processes for the return and disposition of IT equipment for exiting employees.

Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of assets in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Manage the processes for the return and disposition of IT equipment for exiting employees.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of IT Asset Specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Set clear objectives and performance metrics to evaluate team efficiency and effectiveness Identify opportunities to develop expertise through training and certifications for you and the Asset Specialists.

Performance Analytics:

Develop dashboards and reports that measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as task completion rates, turnaround times, and workload distribution. Utilize data insights to make informed decisions on resource allocation and process improvements. Generate reports on IT asset inventory, lifecycle, and costs as needed

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits to verify asset compliance and address discrepancies proactively. Requirements College diploma or university degree in computer science, information systems, or 7 years equivalent work experience. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Proficiency in ITAM tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, AssetSonar). Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques. Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end-user procedures. Familiarity with ITIL practices and frameworks. Highly self-motivated and directed. Deep personal commitment to integrity, excellent judgement, and the highest standard of ethics. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills, with the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Ability to provide on-call and off-hours support. Occasional travel between regional offices is required. Desired Qualifications ITIL Foundation Certification. Experience with integrating ITAM systems into broader ITSM environments. The yearly rate range for this position is $105,000- $115,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
