Summary We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager to oversee the management of IT applications, administer SaaS platforms, and provide comprehensive support to subsidiaries, ensuring seamless system functionality and prompt resolution of technical issues. This role will also spearhead the analysis of business processes, define technology project requirements, and serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, internal teams, technical staff, and external vendors. Compensation Range $94,000- $105,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection) Responsibilities Communicate analytical insights and progress on implementation to internal stakeholders Serve as the primary point of contact for subsidiary-related IT support inquiries and issues Manage and provide support for various SaaS applications utilized by the company, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user assistance Define the scope of a business requirement, decide the approach and produce the specification Provide leadership for user support services, ensuring end-users receive timely and efficient assistance Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for optimization and automation Oversees large, complex, more important solutions or more than one solution, including planning Research for the enhancement or improvement of IT systems Manage and execute a disciplined change management process Monitor performance, manage user access, and ensure secure configurations Coordinate with internal teams to address needs and align support with business objectives Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, SaaS applications, and subsidiary procedures Effectively interact/interface with external parties – customers and vendors Provide training and support to end users on new software and solutions Stay updated with the emerging trends and technologies in IT Other duties as assigned Benefits of working at Hyundai GLOVIS America Inc.
