Join Davidson Hospitality Group as our Senior Vice President of Information Technology by leading all of Davidson’s technology efforts including, but not limited to the following: Oversee all property technology initiatives and projects for new management contracts, new-builds and conversions. Lead IT infrastructure and security functions including cyber security and PCI compliance. Ensure best in class support from third party vendors and technology managed service providers. Plan and execute the Davidson long-term strategic technology roadmap. The role has responsibility for both field-level and corporate networking, infrastructure, system applications, and business technologies. This position provides leadership in the planning and management of adopting, implementing, utilizing, and optimizing proprietary, branded, third-party, or other industry applications and technologies across our 85+ properties. These efforts are aimed at creating value for owners, as well as benefiting team members and guests. The SVP IT is entrusted with ensuring that the structure and processes of the IT team adequately support the company’s growth objectives, all while maintaining a high level of security over our systems and data. Additionally, this individual will bring in-depth technical expertise and strategic planning to facilitate the transition of existing portfolio properties onto new technological, operational, and business intelligence initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the SVP IT interacts extensively with functional leaders, field team members, property owners, and applications and service providers at a senior level. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in IT management, computer science, computer information systems, or similar educational background with relevant technology experience Over 15 years of experience leading technology operations and IT service delivery in medium-to large-sized multi-unit hospitality, retail, restaurant or property management company environments International experience desirable as well as experience with luxury and residential segments Proficient in collaborating with hotel steering teams, as well as corporate and regional leadership to understand their needs, articulate solutions, and develop strategic technical plans tailored to unique situations Familiarity with remote, decentralized systems, along with industry best practices that positively impact company and hotel IT planning and service delivery Demonstrated experience in ground-up development and construction projects, including effective planning and communication of network, infrastructure, and overall hotel IT platform Leadership in overseeing new development and new contract hotel transitions, including project management responsibilities such as planning, resource allocation, and final review Strong negotiation skills in contract negotiations with IT vendors, contractors, and service providers to identify and acquire systems that enhance efficiency and deliver value Ability to create and update a comprehensive virtual technology checklist and roadmap for the entire portfolio, incorporating custom solutions as needed to enhance project visibility Proficiency in managing internal and external resources for day-to-day business intelligence, applications remediation, and issue resolution, including collaboration with brands, IT-managed service providers, system providers, etc. Proven record of staying up to date with changes and innovations in technology and infrastructure applications, with a willingness to drive or adopt changes as appropriate Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels of the organization and with ownership, demonstrating clarity, conciseness, and confidence Ability to manage confidential information discreetly and maintain a high level of confidentiality Advanced skills in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and bringing projects to conclusion Excellent problem-solving skills Experience leading IT in a Workday or similar ERP environment
