Summary The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all infrastructure systems within the organization. This role also oversees IT asset management, end-user support services, and security operations to ensure technology assets are secure, optimized, and fully aligned with business needs. Compensation Range $94,000- $105,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection) Responsibilities Ensure the organization’s IT infrastructure (network, hardware, software, etc) is reliable, scalable, and secure Serve as the primary point of contact for subsidiary-related IT support inquiries and issues Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure across all environments Manage vendors and service providers for infrastructure hardware, software, and services Maintain a centralized IT asset management system to track procurement, allocation, usage, and disposal of all IT assets (hardware, software, licenses) Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and conduct regular audits Implement and maintain infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and system enhancements Monitor and enforce IT security policies to protect organizational data and systems Lead the IT support/help desk team to deliver efficient, user-centric support for all employees Implement and maintain IT security policies, controls, and technologies to protect systems and data Coordinate with internal teams to address needs and align support with business objectives Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT infrastructure and subsidiary procedures Effectively interact/interface with external parties – customers and vendors Monitor network and system performance, ensure high availability, and lead capacity planning Respond to and manage IT security incidents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Other Duties as Assigned Benefits of working at Hyundai GLOVIS America Inc.
