Primary Purpose:
The Hardware Life Cycle Management (LCM) Analyst supports the objective of the Life Cycle Management team, with the primary goal of gathering and analyzing asset data, determining End of Life, End of Support and Technical debt. Partners with IT Asset Management team, in the analysis and validation of
LCM/CMBD
data to determine LCM Roadmap. Works closely with Infrastructure and Solutions Delivery teams quarterly to review LCM investment recommendations. Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME; Hyattsville, MD; and Mauldin, SC. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement Hardware Life Cycle Management program
Analyze and research asset data
Identify EOL, Technical Debt and investment priorities
Develop Technical Debt Roadmap
Identify benefits and risks
Prioritize investment allocation
Build business relationships with IT teams to encourage data distribution
Socialize Life Cycle Management program/strategy to IT Business leadership
Ensure that the functions are performed in accordance to established policies and procedures
Provide regular reporting to leadership
Identify, resolve, and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working in large, enterprise organizations
Experience in Agile methodology
Strong Organizational and Leadership skills
Relationship skills to build partnerships and foster collaboration
Data analysis skills, ability to process and collate large amounts of information
Ability to arrange the data and display it in an easy-to-read format
Problem resolution skills / Solution oriented mindset
Ability to multi-task and determine priorities
Strong time management skills
Strategic thinking
Analytical mindset, statistics experience
Communications skills with ability to engage Executive Leadership
Develop presentations/briefings and deliver to executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
IT experience in Retail environment
Technical Undergraduate degree
Experience working with technology such as IT hardware, software, operating systems, databases, applications
Familiarity with CMDBs
Service Now tool experience preferred
