Global Tech Services Manager Location:
Onsite – Ripley, MS What Will You Do? Lead and transform IT operations at your assigned Ashley location(s), ensuring seamless technology services that power our world-class furniture manufacturing and distribution operations. You’ll be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge solutions while managing a team of tech professionals in one of the world’s largest furniture companies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Drive day-to-day IT operations excellence, ensuring quality standards and business needs are met within established constraints Oversee and maintain site-level tech infrastructure, including system monitoring, testing, and process documentation Manage local application deployments and coordinate enhancement requests with regional teams Implement and maintain robust security processes, conducting training and ensuring compliance Lead site-level IT projects while tracking performance metrics and budget adherence Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and support business needs Provide strategic input to IT leadership on technology opportunities and innovations Supervise, develop, and mentor your team of IT professionals Coordinate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices Manage incident response and service restoration according to business priorities What Do You Need?
