More about our story More about our beliefs More about Pastor Stephen & Pastor Zai Chandler As a Guest Experience Director, you’ll recruit, equip, and pastor Campus Dream Team Coordinators and Team Leaders in reaching their full potential. You’ll get to create, establish and maintain campus-specific and global strategies as the team grows to ensure culture and vision of Union Church is preserved all while keeping up with the church calendar and tempo.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll assist in the overall leadership of the campus, invest and develop volunteer leaders and teams, who ensure all worship experiences are carried out with excellence. You’ll oversee the following teams: host, greeters, parking, safety, prayer, stewardship, and events
MUST-HAVES
High-level communication and relational strengths Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure Analytical thinking and solution-oriented Great attention to detail and time-management skills
ADDITIONAL MUST-HAVES
Bachelor’s degree in related field (or relevant work experience) 3-5 years of work experience in field 3-5 years of experience leading teams of diverse skillsets
NICE-TO-HAVES
Management experience Experience working or high-level volunteering for a church/non-profit Proficient in Google Drive Suite
ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS
Flexible schedule. (Workweek is Sunday-Thursday. Frequent night and weekend availability will be requested) Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to stand for 30 minutes.
