We’re currently recruiting for multiple positions, including a Manager and several Senior/Lead Engineer roles, all based near Winston-Salem, NC. The Manager will lead and develop a team of technical professionals, driving strategic initiatives while managing enterprise-wide technology services. This role requires strong leadership experience in MECM administration, endpoint management, and enterprise IT operations. Senior/Lead Engineers will serve as technical subject matter experts, focusing on hands-on implementation of complex solutions across our global infrastructure. Core technologies include Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, MDM platforms (Intune, Kanji, SOTI, Knox), Microsoft Exchange, and cross-platform imaging solutions (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android). Ideal candidates will possess hands-on IT operations experience, with demonstrated expertise in PowerShell automation, application packaging, patch management, and security implementations. The Manager role requires previous team leadership experience, while Senior/Lead positions emphasize technical mentorship and project execution capabilities. All roles require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred), strong analytical skills, and excellence in cross-functional collaboration.
