As a member of the CIO team, you will lead and develop a regional team of IT experts and play an active role in establishing the Hub at several locations throughout N & S America. Regional IT Hub Director Americas Your main responsibilities will be: Lead and develop a dynamic team of IT team members within US, Mexico, & Brazil. Implement the global corporate strategy in the Americas Region. Directs the implementation and administration of information systems and equipment in accordance with international policies and goals. Develops internal procedures and guidelines to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks. Analyzes high-level business needs and research new technologies to identify and select IT hardware and software products to support internal business processes. Evaluates methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization’s IT systems to develop an IT strategy and roadmap. Oversees regional and collaborates on global IT projects through their entire lifecycle to ensure completion is on-time and within budget and provides technical guidance to resolve complex issues. Job Requirements:

Experience in industrial manufacturing required. Flexible hybrid work environment. Typically requires 10+ Years of related experience and bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology. Functional reporting to the group CIO headquartered in Germany.
