We are seeking a Director of IT Services for our Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Jamestown, North Wilkesboro and Mt Airy, North Carolina locations. Responsibilities Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff for a large multi- specialty medical group with multiple locations Develop strategy as it relates to the organization’s IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems, etc.) • Develop, manage, and track the IT department’s annual budget • Consult senior-level management across the Bethany Medical organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff Responsible for IT systems for related companies As the Director of IT Services, you will be part of the Senior Management Leadership Team Qualifications 10+ years of experience working in IT operations, preferably medical IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects Intricate knowledge of IT operations as it relates to the medical field is essential Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems Strong people skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization Excellent leadership and decision-making skills Strong knowledge of project management principles Education Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field is a must Bethany Medical Offers a Full Benefits Package to
