Are you passionate about creating positive experiences for people, both on the phone and in person? If you’re a natural multitasker with a helpful and proactive approach, we encourage you to apply! We are seeking a receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and partners. This role requires someone with the ability to easily pivot between multiple tasks. As our Director Of First Impressions, you’re not “just” the front desk—you are central to our company’s success! In the restoration industry, the first interaction is critical, and your ability to provide calm, caring, and clear assistance sets the stage for the entire client experience. The Director of First Impressions will amplify the upbeat, positive atmosphere in the office by providing excellent service to both our customers and our team members.
What You’ll Do:
Greet callers and visitors with a warm smile and provide guidance with next steps Learn about our services and prepare our clients for what to expect when our team arrives Create a culture of warm hospitality for our team, clients, and guests Plan and execute meeting setup, team building activities, and events Ensure our office space is clean and organized, well-stocked, and secure at the end of the day Provide technical support to field staff when needed Collaborate with our IT team to minimize downtime and technological disruptions Actively reach out to potential subcontractor partners and walk them through the application and vetting process Participate in the onboarding process by making sure our new team members have appropriate apparel, safety gear, and a positive first day at PHC What’s In It for You?
