The IT Manager will manage and support IT systems throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, driving project deliverables, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain secure and efficient operations. Responsibilities of the IT Manager include: Oversee the full lifecycle management of IT systems, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards such as 21CFR Part 11, GxP, and personal data protection laws. Maintain system documentation, including validation reports, configuration baselines, and operational manuals, in alignment with company and regulatory requirements. Conduct system reviews, testing (FAT, SAT, UAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, GEP), and risk assessments to ensure security, compliance, and proper functionality. Serve as an escalation point for system support, including troubleshooting, access management, and coordination with internal and external teams. Lead and contribute to projects by driving deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing timelines to achieve organizational goals. Support software management and validation activities for standalone applications while implementing best practices for system maintenance and security. Qualifications for the IT Manager include: 2 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Approximately 3 years of experience in IT validation. Strong IT background, with at least 2 years of IT or QC administrative experience preferred. Proven ability to work with quality control (QC) software and adapt to new technologies.
