The program is a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities. The ELP (Emerging Leader) will assist TOPPAN in providing solutions for our all areas of the business . In addition to demonstrating and applying strong project management skills, business requirement gathering and assessment, commitment to teamwork and the ability to provide analytical assessment of technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services to our business counterparts across the globe. T he ELP will be entrepreneurial, collaborative, hard-working, willing to jump in and contribute, and able to both lead and follow. The ELP will help us to drive our upcoming implementations of stated of the art solutions such as “Coupa, Logility, Sales Force, Workday, etc” , with guidance/oversight from a mentor. Each of these efforts will allow for a full understanding on what it takes to implement this type of solutions and will strengthen a project management discipline. with careful research and consideration of business needs. Your time spent in the ELP will cover specific core objectives as follows (but not limited to): Technical Skills Training

  • Safety, Quality, Scheduling, Customer satisfaction Leadership Training
  • Supervisory skills, Performance Management, Mentorship Business Insights
  • Accountability, Execution, Risk Taking, Budgeting Culture Integration
  • including Communication, Collaboration and Innovation We look for students who: Have or will obtain a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Technology or Business by May 2025 or December 2025 Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or functional area) Proven leadership experience Desire to work in a Manufacturing environment Technical aptitude Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Compensation:

The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000. The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
