This role focuses on overseeing the design and implementation of technology systems, ensuring that all projects meet client requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the technology design team, providing guidance and mentorship. Oversee the design and development of technology systems including telecommunications, visual and electronic security systems. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technology designs. Develop and maintain documentation for all design processes and systems. Conduct reviews of design work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications. Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their applicability to current and future projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology design, with a focus on telecommunications and security systems. Proficiency in Revit and RCDD certification is required. Strong understanding of AutoCAD and wireless systems. Experience with TIA standards and audio/visual systems is preferred. Excellent leadership and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
