The Solution Library Director will lead the development of acomprehensive technical content library for our data centersolutions. This role is key to reinforcing our position as thego-to data exchange hub, enabling seamless integration of cloud,core, and edge technologies. The Solution Library will be apowerful asset in driving intelligent digital transformation andshortening sales cycles by streamlining customer conversations. Asthe technical content specialist, you will be the subject matterexpert on our solutions portfolio, responsible for curating anddocumenting rich, market-facing content that aligns with ourproduct capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to leverage yourindustry expertise, collaborate across teams, and help shape thefuture of our patented intellectual property in the PDx solutionlibrary. What you’ll do

• Develop, maintain, and curate technicaluse case solution content for enterprise and strategic partneraudiences.
• Integrate use cases into the validated solutionlifecycle, utilizing automation to enhance design assistance toolsand technical content.
• Build and manage the PDx taxonomy,ontology, and mapping to current intelligence systems, advancingdecision-making processes.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering,Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and the Activation team tocapture and codify knowledge into the PDx knowledge base.
• Gatherinput from cross-functional teams to enhance the PervasiveDatacenter Architecture PDx toolkit and library of use cases andvalidated solutions.
• Ensure the solutions library is up-to-dateand maintain a current roadmap and lifecycle plan in collaborationwith key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the CTO organization toalign solutions content with product capabilities and roadmaps,co-developing additional technical assets.
• Support travelrequirements of up to 30%, with the option for remote work. Whatyou’ll need
• 15 years of experience in datacenter, network,applications, and data technology, including IT architecture anddesign patterns.
• In-depth knowledge of SDN, SD datacenterinfrastructure, and multitenant datacenter ecosystems.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, including public, private, andhybrid environments.
• Familiarity with network service providerand cloud service provider products and their consumption.
• Extensive expertise in IT services, with a profound understandingof data, applications, networking, and cloud architectures.
• Strong understanding of API architecture and its role in creatingagile systems and processes.
• Exceptional communication and activelistening skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data anddeliver technical solutions.
• Collaborative approach,entrepreneurial spirit, ability to manage multiple priorities, anduncompromising standards of honesty, integrity, andprofessionalism.
