Develop and implement BI and technology strategies that drive continuous improvement. Lead and mentor a team of technical experts, cultivating a culture of innovation and learning. Proactively explore and implement emerging technologies, ensuring scalable, future-ready solutions. Encourage experimentation and creative problem-solving, fostering innovative approaches to data analytics and digital transformation. Oversee technology adoption, system integrations, and process automation. Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives, efficiency goals, ROI, and growth strategies. Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business needs. Lead talent development initiatives, equipping teams with cutting-edge skills and industry best practices. Identify and mitigate risks associated with BI and technology deployments and business as usual operations. Drive best practices in data accuracy, system reliability, and operational resilience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis Minimum of eight to ten years facility management experience including knowledge of facilities, including support systems and teams. Strong knowledge of CMMS (Corrigo) and BI tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI) and experience in identifying and implementing optimization. Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, mentoring. Strong communication, presentation and listening skills. Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership. Must have strong technical and analytical skills. Proficient in the use of Windows software including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
