As part of this exciting next chapter, we are seeking a dedicated and strategic IT Operations Manager to join our team. Position Overview As our IT Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the technological infrastructure that powers our business. You will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency, align IT initiatives with business goals, and ensure the security, stability, and scalability of our systems. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that leverage process automation and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiencies. Manage relationships with external IT vendors and consultants, including software engineering partners. Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and best practices, with a strong focus on cybersecurity. Oversee all phases of IT-related projects, including system updates, upgrades, and scheduled outages. Ensure business continuity and asset preservation through robust disaster recovery and backup procedures. Document IT processes and procedures to support consistency and transparency. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and lead technology security initiatives. Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and networks. Contribute to the planning and development of IT team growth and staffing strategies. Stay current with industry trends through continued education, webinars, and professional development. Represent Coastal in a professional and collaborative manner in all interactions. Provide cross-departmental support and participate in special projects as needed. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field 5-7 years of relevant professional IT experience Strong technical knowledge of network and server operating systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and OneDrive Demonstrated experience in IT project management and process improvement Understanding of IT infrastructure, security practices, and compliance standards Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills Proven ability to think critically and make sound decisions Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Authorized to work in the United States Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to remain seated for extended periods Flexibility to occasionally work early mornings, evenings, holidays, or weekends as needed
