  PPM Tech Lead (12+ Years Experience)

  We have an immediate long-term contract opportunity for a PPM Tech Lead to work onsite 5 days/week in New Jersey, Houston, TX, or Woodlands, CA.

Pay Rate:

$40

• 45/hr

Requirements:

12+ years of hands-on PPM (Project Portfolio Management) experience with expertise in:

PPM Tools:

Microsoft Project Online, Planview, Clarity PPM, ServiceNow PPM

Technical Skills:

Java, HTML/XML, SOAP/REST APIs

PPM Functions:

Demand/Project/Portfolio Management, Financial Oversight, Resource Management

Reporting:

Custom dashboards, workflows, and integrations
Strong experience with OpenText PPM customization and OOB features
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical PPM solutions
Excellent stakeholder management skills working with PMO and business teams

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement custom PPM workflows, reports, and dashboards
Manage system integrations using APIs and maintain documentation
Support intake, prioritization, and execution tracking of projects
Oversee budgeting, financial management, and workforce planning
Coordinate software release processes and strategic alignment
Provide end-user training and ongoing system support
Ensure data accuracy and maintain SOPs for PPM operations

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Agile methodologies in PPM context
Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau for advanced reporting
Certifications in PMP or relevant PPM tools
