JOB SUMMARY
: We are seeking an experienced, hands on, TechnicalManager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. Theideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teamsfor at least 10 years and possess strong expertise in ActiveDirectory and Microsoft Identity Manager. Experience with OracleHCM and API integrations is preferred. The candidate should alsohave a solid understanding of Okta, zero trust principles, AMFA,and account lifecycle management.

- Lead and manage the IAM team, to ensure the effectiveimplementation and maintenance of identity and access managementsolutions.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, andstandards to ensure compliance with security regulations and bestpractices.
- Oversee the administration and support of ActiveDirectory, Microsoft Identity Manager, and other IAM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutionswith Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
- Implement andmanage API integrations to enhance IAM capabilities.
- Ensure theadoption of zero trust principles and multi-factor authentication(AMFA) across the organization.
- Manage the entire accountlifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and accessreviews.
- Stay current with industry trends and emergingtechnologies to continuously improve IAM processes and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues, ensuring minimaldisruption to business operations.
- Communicate effectively withstakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and alignmentacross teams.
- Deploy identity automation projects, leveragingexperience with the Entra suite.
- Utilize Sentinel log analyticsfor log reviews and monitoring.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, orequivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a team in the IAMdomain.
- Strong experience with Active Directory and MicrosoftIdentity Manager.
- Preferred experience with Oracle HCM and APIintegrations.
- In-depth knowledge of Okta, including experiencewith SAML applications, zero trust principles, AMFA, and accountlifecycle management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication,and collaboration skills.
- Proven track record for deployingidentity automation projects.
- Experience with the Entra suite.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Sentinel loganalytics for log reviews.
- Experience with Dell Change Auditor isa plus or equivalent AD Auditing tool.
