Job Description
Zoetis, Inc. L3 Support. Triage Level 2 support on escalated cases to resolve customer issue through customer specific application setting changes. Work with L4 to modify the appropriate application to better handle the customer issue. Lead the L3 support process improvement to better collaborate with Level 2 and Level 4, resulting in faster and better customer issue resolutions. LIS Support. Assist with supporting various LIS applications in a non-primary triage fashion. Interface design and collaboration between various LIS applications. Able to track system issues through multiple applications to find the root issue Off-Shore Support Lead. Lead the on-boarding, training, and growing the skills of off-shore resources necessary to provide expanded and weekend application support. Develop off-shore knowledge base to ensure successful transition of new off-shore support individuals. Coordinate off-shore support with on-shore support to ensure seamless support time transitions. 3rd Party On-boarding Lead. Lead the process of on-boarding new Pathologists. Work with various IT organizations to continually improve the on-boarding process. Trouble-shoot various IT issues to ensure 3rd party vendors are working at peak performance.
Salary:
$133,993.00-$148,000.00. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, or related and 5 years of experience required. Telecommuting permitted.
