Full Job Description Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for maintaining a secure network environment and administering all of the business systems used at Pine Pharmaceuticals. This includes but is not limited to Microsoft 365, ERP software, MasterControl software. This position will also handle basic network administration functions and provide IT support and training to on-site staff.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
Setting up new users and giving them access to the intranet Managing and maintaining the file servers Operating the firewall for the organization Monitoring the internet connection for security risks Employing the latest security protocols Monitoring the local area network (LAN) for threats or errors IT support relating to technical issues involving core business applications including IT support relating to printing technical issues Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, etc. Implement and support disaster recovery solutions Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity including, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, and security Remote access solution implementation and support Educating and training staff on prevention of security breaches 40-hour workweek
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities Required:
Ability to solve problems in stressful situations Strong attention to detail Communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users Time management skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly cGMP experience preferred
Experience Required:
5 years of hands-on experience 1 year of supervisory experience
Physical Requirements:
Sitting for extended periods of time. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components. Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers, networking equipment, and peripherals.
