English Bilingual SAP IT Manager:

Support the main business users for best utilization of SAP ERP systems in overall operations – Production, Supply chain, Sales, Administration etc. Investigates issues, analyzes, modifies and maintains ERP system to meet company’s needs Train the system to new and existing end users and provide instruction manuals Develop and coordinate the training and initiate meetings for evaluating updated business requirements. Document testing/ practice process with tracking business cases to analyze the results (predicted result vs actual result) Investigate reported problems and feedbacks upon test cycle and consult with affiliated vendor for guidance as needed for complex configurations, technical integrations, or BI reporting etc. Communicate with end users in various department for inquiries help business make decisions daily-basis and help reduce wait-time for technical support. English Bilingual SAP IT Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields At least 7 years of

SAP /ERP

application implementation experience and strong understanding of SDLC.
