401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Health insurance We’re currently in search of a Supervisor to fulfill the following job responsibilities : Initial triage on all inbound support calls Answering incoming calls and responding to incoming tickets Organizing tickets in our queue and ensuring that technicians are handling them properly and quickly Dispatching tickets that are not able to be handled remotely to our on-site technicians Verifying that backups are functioning properly both on-site and off-site for clients Confirming that client’s are satisfied with the products and services that are being provided to them Assist with organizing documentation for clients Creation of standard operating procedures
