Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in an education or nonprofit setting
• Proven expertise in managing hybrid environments (Windows, macOS, cloud)
• Experience with enterprise networking, security policies, and compliance (FERPA, etc.)
• Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience with Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of SIS/LMS platforms (Blackbaud, PowerSchool, Canvas, etc.)
• Background in cybersecurity best practices and audit preparation
• A collaborative leadership style and experience mentoring small teams
