Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in IT leadership roles, preferably in an education or nonprofit setting
- Proven expertise in managing hybrid environments (Windows, macOS, cloud)
- Experience with enterprise networking, security policies, and compliance (FERPA, etc.)
- Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience - Experience with Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of SIS/LMS platforms (Blackbaud, PowerSchool, Canvas, etc.)
- Background in cybersecurity best practices and audit preparation
- A collaborative leadership style and experience mentoring small teams
