We have created a network linking radiologists who have extra capacity to the larger medical market of radiology groups, hospitals and imaging centers wanting extra help. Who You Are Position Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Technology Implementation Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of our technology solutions for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and successful adoption of our platform. This role requires expertise in project management and a strong understanding of HL7 results feeds, ECD mapping, and custom logic implementation.
What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, including setting up free trials and guiding them through the implementation process. Develop and complete the “Implementation Guide” for customers, outlining expectations and requirements. HL7
Results Feed Management:
Coordinate with customers to obtain real-time HL7 results feeds of all dictated results. Ensure the removal of PHI (patient name, MRN, DOB, etc.) from inbound feeds or guide customers on outbound PHI removal. Manage the storage and reporting of study accession dentifiers.
Exam Code Mapping:
Oversee the mapping of all subscriber-dictated exam codes to a Master Subscriber ECD. Facilitate additional mapping of the Master Subscriber ECD to Subscriber-desired CPT codes or internal practice work values.
Radiologist Registration and Tracking:
Ensure all Subscriber dictating radiologists download and register in the LnQ app to utilize LnQs and/or RVU Tracker. Collect and manage NPI listings for all radiologists on the platform, including first name, last name, and email. Handle Facility User ID to NPI mappings for results feeds when NPI is unavailable on all results.
Exam Code Exclusions:
Maintain a listing of all exam codes that Subscribers do not wish to be credited to radiologists in LnQ RVU Tracker or paid in LnQ activations (e.g., PA-performed procedures, IR procedures, mammo procedures).
Custom Logic Implementation:
Based on customer requirements, implement specific logic or rules for how studies are credited. Modify the logic that handles receiving study messages to use facility mappings and ensure accurate crediting.
What You Bring Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in technology implementation and project management. Strong understanding of HL7 results feeds and PHI management. Experience with exam code mapping and ECD integration. Familiarity with API integration. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
