What your future day will look like:
Collaborates with the senior account team to develop strategies, proposals, and scopes of work for projects.
Manages project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and keeps internal and external teams informed.
Ensures creative work aligns with brand strategy, client needs, and agency quality standards.
Ability to travel overnight to client headquarters and trade shows, encouraging an integrated approach to leverage agency offerings and create mutually beneficial business solutions.
Supports junior team members through mentorship, training, and guidance.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing leadership role
4+ years experience in full marketing agency or business consulting firm
2+ years experience in marketing technology products B2B and B2C
