IT Operations Manager Two Harbors Investment Corp. 446 Wrenplace Rd, Fort Mill, SC 29715 We are looking for an Experienced IT Operations Manager with expertise in supervising the performance of on-premises and cloud-based solutions and infrastructure including enterprise job scheduling and batch processes. This position is a part of our Infrastructure Team and responsibilities span both on-premises infrastructure with an understanding and experience in Cloud environments and software systems. The role is mainly a hands-on technical role. Responsibilities Monitoring and operating network and system performance using management and monitoring tools across all information technologies including hardware, software, processes, etc. Responding to and assisting in resolving IT incidents and outages/Major Incidents. Point of contact to coordinate and manage triage efforts and communication. Assisting with the management of IT assets and inventory. Manage ITIL Best Practices/Service Delivery. Act as a key leader for IT Change Control including appropriate audit evidence. Oversee, maintain and report KPI and SLAs of IT Operations. Implementing standard operating procedures for system maintenance. Collaborating with technical support teams to address user and enterprise system issues. Participating in IT operations meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with other departments to align IT operations with business objectives. Assist with managing IT service providers and vendors for services such as internet, cloud computing, and hardware maintenance. Assist with creating and maintaining documentation for IT systems, procedures, and IT inventory. Provide support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. Maintaining a strong understanding of the organization’s business needs and working closely with other departments to ensure that IT is aligned with those needs. Qualifications Proven experience as IT Operations Manager with attention to detail and a high sense of urgency Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of IT professionals and drive performance. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders. Technical proficiency and knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems to effectively manage and troubleshooting issues. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing tactical issues and/or initiatives Problem-solving aptitude Education Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or related technical field (i.e., Computer Science, Engineering) and/or 10+ years’ IT support experience.
