Job DetailsThe Director of IT Operations will lead the strategic planning,execution, and optimization of IT systems across a multi-stateplatform. You’ll oversee infrastructure, security,onboarding/offboarding processes, vendor management, and ensurethat technology scales effectively with organizationalgrowth—particularly through M&A activity and integration of newpractices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute IT operationalstrategies aligned with business goals. Lead a growing IToperations team, instilling best practices, governance, andcontinuous improvement. Oversee infrastructure across cloud(AWS/Azure), networks, data centers, and ensure system reliabilityand security. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and servicedelivery across multiple sites. Drive integration efforts duringacquisitions, including IT assessments, migrations, andstandardization. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and otherhealthcare regulations through robust security frameworks. Leaddisaster recovery planning, cybersecurity initiatives, and riskmanagement protocols. Deliver on critical IT projects—on time andwithin budget—supporting both clinical and administrativefunctions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, ComputerScience, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7 years in ITleadership roles, preferably within multi-site healthcare orhigh-growth environments.

Strong experience with:

Healthcare ITsystems (EMR/EHR, interoperability, compliance frameworks) Cloudinfrastructure (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments Networkarchitecture, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and disasterrecovery Cybersecurity, IAM, Zero Trust, and regulatory auditsProven track record managing M&A IT integrations and scalingoperations. Certifications like

ITIL, PMP, CISSP

are a plus.
