We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support thedevelopment and lifecycle management of products in the value-basedhealthcare domain. This role combines strategic thinking,user-centric design, and technical fluency to deliver impactfulsolutions that enhance patient outcomes, streamline clinicalworkflows, and drive operational efficiency.
The ideal candidatewill bring an understanding of healthcare data, exceptionalproblem-solving skills, and a proven track record in productdevelopment and management. You will work closely withcross-functional teams, including clinicians, engineers, andoperations, to define, prioritize, and execute product roadmapsthat align with organizational goals and industrytrends.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of a comprehensiveproduct strategy aligned with organizational goals and industrytrends. Serve as a thought partner to product and engineeringleadership to help scale IT products to better serve patients andinternal partners. Identify opportunities to leverage data to improve healthcareservices, patient outcomes, and operational efficiencies. Develop user-centric solutions that balance user needs,business objectives, and industry best practices andconstraints.
Product Development:
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy,requirements gathering, user stories, roadmap planning, andexecution. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements basedon business goals, stakeholder input, and operational needs. Support User Acceptance Test plan development and complete UATon developed features and stories.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with clinicians, business stakeholders, and internalteams to gather requirements, clarify scope, and alignpriorities. Conduct comprehensive user research to gain deep insights intothe needs and behaviors of our members and clinical teams. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensurealignment and support for product initiatives.
Data Analytics andInsights:
Drive data-informed decision-making to improve systemefficiency, scalability, and outcomes. Use data-driven insights to enhance product performance andsystem efficiency.
Product Roadmap Management:
Support the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with businessgoals and scalability for future growth. Regularly monitor key product metrics and conduct reviews toassess performance and identify improvement opportunities. Communicate vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders atall levels.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies;experience with tools like Smartsheet, Azure Devops. Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategiesand prioritize initiatives with business impact. Proven success in partnering with engineering, clinical, andoperational teams to deliver impactful solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for bothtechnical and non-technical audiences. Track record of delivering high-quality products under tightdeadlines while balancing tradeoffs. You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, adjustingstrategies and priorities based on dynamic product or businessneeds. You have a strong sense of ownership and take initiative whileempowering others to do the same. You understand the complexity of healthcare data andindustry-specific interoperability challenges.
Education andExperience:
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years in product development. 2+ years in healthcare with preferred experience in value-basedcare.
