Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Assistant to lead and enhance the technology infrastructure of our growing healthcare practice. This role is essential in maintaining our IT systems, optimizing eClinicalWorks (eCW) functionality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll play a central role in supporting clinical and administrative teams by ensuring seamless integration of technology into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory of all IT, including iPads, desktops, laptops, printers, and fax machines, scanners
- Manage setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT devices and platforms
- Oversee eClinicalWorks (eCW), including lab interfaces, scheduling, templates, provider workflows, portal management, and documentation updates
- Serve as Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines
- Manage Google Workspace (GWS) environment and employee profiles
- Support provider administrative tasks: on-call schedules, PTO/CME tracking, onboarding/offboarding
- Lead the annual ECW-based Security Risk Assessment and MIPS tracking, reporting, and submission
- Stay up to date with ECW updates, modules, and add-ons, providing education and support to staff
- Maintain State Melanoma Registry security and reporting protocols
What You Bring:
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, EMR/PMS software (especially eCW), and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and a solutions-driven mindset
