Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and execute cross-functional projects from concept through completion. This role involves both on-site technical assistance and contractor training, ensuring that installations meet product specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. Translate business requirements into detailed project plans with clear milestones and timelines. Ensure thorough documentation of project requirements, decisions, processes, and outcomes. Provide on-site technical support during roofing product installations. Train contractors, installers, and internal staff on installation techniques, tools, and safety protocols. Conduct hands-on demonstrations and classroom-style product training sessions. Troubleshoot installation issues and recommend practical solutions in the field. Ensure installations comply with company specifications, warranties, and building codes. Assist with developing training materials, videos, and installation guides.

Qualifications:

2+ years of project management experience, ideally in a technical environment. 3+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or building materials installation. Strong understanding of roofing systems, safety standards, and job site protocols. Proven ability to train and communicate with contractors, installers, and clients. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents. Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.

Preferred:

OSHA 10/30

Certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Experience with roofing membranes, flashing systems, or specialty materials
