Job Description:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale SAP programs (e.g., S/4HANA implementation, ECC to S/4 migration, global template rollouts).
Define and manage program governance, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality assurance processes.
Coordinate across SAP functional modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, etc.) and technical areas (BASIS, ABAP, BTP, Fiori).
Engage with business stakeholders to align program goals with enterprise strategy.
Manage internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Provide regular executive-level reporting, program dashboards, and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with PMO standards, SAP Activate methodology, and/or Agile delivery practices.
Drive issue resolution, change control, and stakeholder alignment across workstreams.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the program team.
