Job Title SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager
Type of Engagement 8-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location Remote position with potential for travel to client site. Job Overview SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with 5+ years of direct experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects involving multiple modules such as Onboarding, Recruitment (Recruiting Management/Recruiting Marketing), and Employee Central. Must blend project management expertise with technical, functional, and stakeholder management skills. Essential Job Responsibilities Proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and issues.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Manage organizational change initiatives, user adoption, and training.
Manage communications and expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.
Oversee test planning, execution (SIT, UAT), and defect management.
Ensure solution quality and compliance with business requirements.
Maintain knowledge of SuccessFactors capabilities, public sector HR compliance, and configuration best practices
Overseeing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user manuals.
Coordinating end-user training, knowledge transfer, and support handover
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage business, IT, and external vendors.
Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and status updates.
Work closely with lead consultants, integration teams, and client-side stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely configurations.
Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates on configuration progress and blockers Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of direct experience managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects involving multiple modules.
Expertise in project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
Familiarity with Employee Central, Recruiting, and other SuccessFactors modules.
Understanding of SAP HCM/ERP and its integration with SuccessFactors.
Familiarity with government HR structures, policies, and reporting needs.
Experience working with SAP, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
Managing contracts, deliverables, and SLAs Big Bonus Points if you Have SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding or Recruiting

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
