Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a Sub Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) Digital Lead and Digital Program Lead (DPL) in the Land and Air Defense Systems (L&ADS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This Sr. Manager Program Lead position will successfully serve as the SSBU Lead and DPL for the Global Patriot portfolio of programs. This role requires on-site presence in Andover, MA in support of L&ADS programs. This is an on-site position, with relocation available if the selected applicant meets company policy criteria.

What You Will Do:

Serve as the Digital Technology Sub Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) Lead, partnering with Global Patriot Executive Leadership and Program Management teams to drive digital transformation. Acts as a strategic business partner, key escalation point, and change agent, enhancing customer engagement and fostering alignment on strategic objectives. Proactively participate in Capture and Proposal process by providing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for future business opportunities and pursuits. Work in an IPT/CPT environment, ensuring effective DT support of program, from start-up to sustainment, in alignment with program cost and schedule performance goals. Matrix Leadership to provide daily tasking and oversight of teams that provides the design and operation of the infrastructure development, integration, requirements, and continuous access of the DT environment. Establishes and maintains Program Annual Operating plan (AOP) to track Capital and Expense budgetary spend year over year and partners with Finance to ensure alignment with the program cost allocation model. Formally identifies, assesses, monitors, and mitigates DT related risks and dependencies throughout the program lifecycle. Partners with Cyber Security to track the status of infrastructure compliance as it relates to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cybersecurity • Maturity Model Compliance (CMMC), and DAAPM Risk Management Framework (RMF)

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Math, STEM degree and 10+ years overall Information Technology, Software/Systems Engineering, and/or Project Management experience or a master’s degree and 7 years direct experience Must have and maintain a U.S. government issued secret security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
