ERP Program Manager E2 Group Westfield, MA 01085 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled ERP Project Manager to lead our enterprise resource planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT governance and project management, with a focus on implementing and optimizing ERP systems. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery. Duties Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project objectives. Lead training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management on status, risks, and issues. Requirements Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager or in a similar role within IT project management. Strong understanding of information security principles and practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with vSphere and remote access software for managing virtual environments. Proficient in Windows Server administration and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in IT service management is preferred. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of computer networking concepts and their application in ERP systems.
