Job Summary:
The Director of Enterprise Applications is responsible for: 1.) The overall strategy, planning, implementation, and support of critical enterprise applications that drive business operations, 2.) Leading and developing the company’s business intelligence (BI) and data warehousing capabilities to support data-driven decision making across all levels of the organization, and 3.) Oversee a major ERP systems implementation aligned to CFP’s business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Applications:
Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy: Align the application portfolio with the company’s overall business goals and objectives. Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of new enterprise applications: Conduct thorough evaluations of potential solutions, manage project timelines and budgets, and oversee successful go lives. Ensure the ongoing stability, performance, and security of enterprise applications: Monitor system performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and implement security measures to protect sensitive data. Manage application upgrades, patches, and maintenance: Plan and execute upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Drive continuous improvement in application performance and efficiency: Identify opportunities for process automation, data integration, and system optimization. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into effective application solutions. Business Intelligence (BI): Develop and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy to enhance data analytics capabilities across the organization. Lead the design, development, and deployment of BI tools, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights for decision-makers. Promote a data-driven culture by ensuring easy access to accurate and timely information. Collaborate with business units to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and improve business performance. Develop and implement the BI strategy: Define and execute the company’s overall BI strategy, including data warehousing, data integration, data quality, and reporting. Develop and maintain a robust data warehouse and data lake infrastructure. Implement and maintain a suite of BI tools and technologies (e.g., Power Platform).
Data Governance and Quality:
Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures. Ensure data quality and accuracy across all data sources. Develop and implement data quality measures.
Business Intelligence and Analytics:
Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision making across all departments. Conduct advanced data analysis, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis. Identify and communicate key business trends and insights to leadership.
Leadership and Strategy:
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of business analysts, application developers, data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists: Set clear goals, provide guidance, and foster a high-performing team environment. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in enterprise application management. Develop and manage the enterprise application team budget. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards. People Management Lead and mentor a diverse team: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members to help them achieve their full potential.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing enterprise applications and business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP, CRM, and BI solutions in a large-scale, complex environment with a track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with business stakeholders. Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Knowledge of modern BI tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, data warehousing). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
