Qualifications:

5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for software development teams actively applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Proven accountability for end-to-end delivery
, collaborating with cross-functional and dependent teams to build and execute project plans.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks
, with the ability to apply the right methodology (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) based on team needs and business context.
Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to engage effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
Strong grasp of servant leadership and Agile coaching fundamentals: facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, team empowerment, and transparency.
Capable of bridging communication gaps between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership through tailored messaging and influence.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with a variety of Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Pair Programming, Agile Games
Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing
Background in software product development life cycles.
Knowledge and application of process change management techniques to drive Agile transformation.
