Responsibilities Translate project goals into sprint plans; set measurable objectives and success criteria Maintain integrated schedule, risk register, and cost baseline; issue weekly status to the COR and KO Allocate staff and equipment; approve timesheets; ensure continuity for onsite and remote positions Facilitate daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in Azure DevOps Track KPIs for helpdesk response, defect closure, release cadence, training attendance, and ATO milestones Coordinate travel, surge staffing, and forward deployment during disaster events Conduct stakeholder briefings; secure PRB approvals; manage change requests and contract modifications Ensure compliance with QCP, accident prevention, security, and RMF documentation requirements Qualifications IATI – Information Assurance Technical Level I PMP – Project Management Professional or Prince2 Practitioner Scrum Master Certification Ten or more years leading software projects for DoD or federal clients, including Agile delivery and Earned Value tracking Demonstrated success managing cross functional teams of developers, trainers, helpdesk staff, and cybersecurity specialists Proficiency with Azure DevOps boards, MS Project, and financial tracking in compliance with
