Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of Application Analysts who support various applications, including EHR, HIM, financial systems, and other clinical applications

System Functionality:

Ensure system functionality meets the needs of various departments

Strategic Alignment:

Collaborate with top-level leadership to ensure application development and deployment align with organizational goals

Patient Care Focus:

Work to improve the quality of patient care through the delivery of high-performing systems

Qualifications:

Healthcare Leadership:

Prior hands-on leadership experience with application teams in a healthcare/hospital setting is required

Hospital Operations Knowledge:

A strong understanding of hospital functions and how system changes can impact the organization is essential

Communication:

Effectively act as the liaison between the technical teams and the leadership of the organization (high visibility role) INDI
