The position is responsible formanaging and developing a team of Application Engineers and ServiceTechnicians, helping them navigate technical challenges and grow intheir careers. You’ll play a key role in overseeing projectexecution, improving service operations, enhancing internaltraining programs, and supporting cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on leadership and mentoring to the Applications andService teams, supporting them with technical troubleshooting,growth, and day-to-day project delivery. Manage the execution anddelivery of technical projects to ensure deadlines, budgets, andquality standards are met. Design and lead technical traininginitiatives for both internal staff and external partners (salesreps, engineers, ATCs, etc.). Implement a structured RMA processusing our ERP platform to improve service responsiveness and issuetracking. Support pre- and post-sales activities by collaboratingclosely with our sales team and manufacturing reps to providetechnical guidance and ensure customer satisfaction. Read andinterpret engineering specs and drawings to assist in productselection and proposal preparation. Contribute to productreliability by identifying opportunities to automate and streamlineinternal workflows. Represent the company at industry events andtrade shows. Collaborate across departments—product, marketing,sales, and operations—to support product development and marketsuccess. ________________________________________
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred (Associate’s degree with2 years of relevant experience also considered). Strong technicalaptitude with a passion for solving HVAC-related challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—ability toexplain complex technical issues clearly and professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is aplus. Familiarity with
HVAC/BAS
systems, automation platforms, anddesign software (Adobe InDesign/Photoshop) is a bonus. Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities; thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment.
