Our client is looking to hire an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new internal system. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of the system integration project, from inception to completion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals on time and within budget Apply PMO best practices to ensure project success and alignment with company standards Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and management Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management Foster a collaborative and positive team environment Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field PMP highly preferred Proven experience in managing projects through the full system development lifecycle Strong understanding of PMO best practices and their application in project management Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Key Skills Project prioritization and resource allocation Risk management and issue resolution Stakeholder engagement and communication Agile and traditional project management methodologies Performance tracking and reporting
