is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lead Digital Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex digital initiatives across global operations. This role will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, including planning, execution, and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with global stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using Agile and hybrid methodologies. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms across operational teams. Report progress to executive leadership and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in a global or enterprise setting. Proven track record of delivering SaaS, cloud, or data platform projects. Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, SAFe), DevOps, and digital product lifecycle. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Salesforce, and D365. PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are a plus.
