Key Responsibilities:
Application & Lease Management:

Supervise the application process, assisting prospects as needed and ensuring timely completion. Communicate application decisions to prospects and finalize the process within property management software.

Screening & Verification:

Oversee document reviews and manage verification issues with prospective residents.
Conduct manual and alert verification during screening, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Adhere to established screening protocols and decision trees to maintain consistency and compliance.
Process Optimization & Efficiency
Work closely with onsite teams to accelerate application processing and improve operational efficiency.
Utilize a centralized dashboard with automated routing to enhance engagement and streamline workflows.
Continuously refine screening procedures to reduce manual reviews and increase automation.
Analyze screening outcomes and residency data to recommend enhancements to the approval process.
Resident Support & Escalations
Address and resolve resident escalations efficiently, providing timely updates on application status.
Foster high levels of customer satisfaction by managing concerns effectively and ensuring clear communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in property management, leasing, or application screening.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in property management and screening tools, including Entrata and Vero.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to manage escalations and resolve resident concerns professionally.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvement.
