We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Director to lead our Business Applications team. This role involves managing engineering teams, driving technology solutions, and ensuring high scalability and performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can also dive deep into technical details. The ideal candidate has a background in a transformation in UKG, PeopleSoft, PeopleFluent, Workday, or other similar platforms. They would oversee 5-6 managers, with 40 full time resources under those managers. This candidate must come with a strong background from ERP and a hospital system, ideally with expertise in the SCM, HCM, or finance organizations. This position is located in Miami, Florida, with the candidate ideally being onsite as needed.
Compensation:
