LLP, Miami,FL.Provide clients with a unique business perspective on how toleverage SAP technology to improve their operations with a focus onhelping clients improve performance and increase productivity inthe digital era. Lead and deliver quality SAP projects orworkstreams. Work with key stakeholders to understand their needsand advise on SAP system capabilities. Liaise with stakeholders andtechnical teams to translate needs into business solutions.

Initiate requirement gathering and blueprinting. Complete workflowsand architect solutions including the functional design of thesolution. Test solutions and write documentation. Completeconfigurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriatelevels. Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitorprogress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are keptinformed about progress and expected outcomes.

Manage and motivateteams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliverquality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstratein-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.

Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivatebusiness development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday

• Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am
• 5:30 pm.

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in ManagementInformation Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business,Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related fieldand 5 years of related work experience. Employer will accept anadditional 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree inManagement Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science,Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain,Operations, or a related field and 4 years of related workexperience.

Must have 4 years of experience providing SAP consultingservices (including strategy, design, configuration, andimplementation) within a professional services firm.

Must have 4years of hands-on technical experience with the following

SAPmodules:

FI/CO.Must have 3 years of experience in one of thefollowing

• S4/HANA; or
• any combination of S4/HANA and ERP.

Musthave 2 full lifecycle

SAP FI/CO

implementations while employed witha professional services firm, from planning, to configuration, togo-live.

Must have 3 years of experience creating and leading

SAPFI/CO

workshops for external clients.

Must have 2 years ofprofessional experience in designing from scratch and presentingclient-facing PowerPoint presentations.

Must have 4 years ofexperience gathering requirements and working with offshore teammember(s) and onsite process architects for coordination andday-to-day delivery of projects.

Must have 4 years of experience intranslating business requirements into end-to-end SAP-enabledsolutions, including gathering requirements, solution design,building, testing and solution deployment.

Must have 2 years ofexperience managing teams of technology professionals.

Must have 1year of project management experience within a professionalservices firm, including scope, timing, resource allocation andperformance.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may beinternational, to serve client needs.
