IT Integration Project Manager Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Job Description:

IT Integration Project Manager Functions

• Act as a key liaisonbetween the school and the external IT provider.
• Support theimplementation of IT systems across all school departments(including Education and Finance).
• Ensure that implementationfollows internal procedures and standards.
• Assist withconfiguration and execution of integration plans (nodecision-making authority on SOPs).
• Verify data accuracy andstructure during system transitions
• Analyze reports and validatedata setup for Power BI dashboards.
• Provide support forunderstanding and using applications (e.g., adding categories,revising lists).
• Ensure consistency and data integrity whenmigrating from one system to another.
• Pull data from systems andhelp generate insights to support decision-making.
• Position willnot involve server configuration or infrastructure-level work KPIs& Key Deliverables
• Support timely implementation of theintegration plan (plans already defined)
• Ensure correct systemconfiguration aligned with project goals Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Experience:

  5 to 7 years in IT roles, ideally involving systemintegration or implementation.

• Prior experience as a BusinessAnalyst or similar support role for IT projects is highlydesirable.
• Desired knowledge in Power BI (data validation, reportpreparation, dashboard support), JavaScript, SQL.

• Preferredlanguages:

  Spanish and Portuguese Desired Candidate Profile

• Proventrack record supporting system implementation or integrationprojects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience providing actionable insights through data analysis
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
